Amanda St. Pierre is a New England native enjoying Texas for the past ten years. She has her BS in Business, Entrepreneurial Studies and began her career in marketing and brand development. Learning more about the real estate world through her time with a multi-family RE management company, Amanda decided to take her career to the next level by obtaining her real estate license in 2018.

Amanda has always had a passion for interior design and a knack for business, negotiation, and creative problem-solving. Real estate allows Amanda to connect her interests with her talents.

She began working with boutique investors, listing their long and short-term lease holdings; while also consulting on renovations and lease-up strategies. As a motivated rookie, she went on to win '#1 Leasing Agent of the Year' at her previous brokerage.

Amanda moved to Austin in 2020 to be closer to family and expand her residential sales business. After closing over 10M in sales, her first 12 months in Austin, Amanda has proven her competency in negotiation and navigating record-breaking market conditions.
